In the MBSAT courses, mindfulness transcends traditional practices of calming the mind or being present, serving as a dynamic tool specifically designed to enhance the ventromedial prefrontal cortex(vmPFC) – a vital brain region responsible for personal and social decision-making. These transformative practices, referred to as”minding,” unfold through three strategic courses that help individuals improve BETA and META functioning and make more skillful decisions that benefit themselves, society, and the environment. This continuous and caring process through regular practice helps lower ‘free energy’ (the dissonance between predictions and actual experiences) across cognitive, emotional, and behavioral domains.

The MBSAT program consists of three comprehensive online courses to enhance decision - making and personal growh.

The courses build on each other and therefore must be taken in a consecutive order: Course 1, Course 2, Course 3. It is not possible to invert the sequence.
