The MBSAT Protocol

The structure of MBSAT programs is determined by the MBSAT protocol that is designed for 8 (eight) weekly sessions. It is a framework that guides MBSAT teachers and ensures a high quality standard for participants.

The protocol is described in detail in the book MBSAT that serves as manual for teachers and is also a rich source of information for participants, including signature practices, guidance for meditation and exercises, scientific findings, and more.

The protocol has been highly praised by outstanding luminaries in the field of Mindfulness teachings as the endorsements of the MBSAT book quoted here illustrate.

This book is important for all who seek to lead organizations, showing how mindfulness can be combined with the findings from positive psychology for the benefit of all. This book provides a step-by-step practical program to cultivate a balance between motivation for outcomes on one hand, and compassion toward self and others on the other.

I wanted to let you know that I'm truly impressed. I tend to be a bit skeptical of new MBPs (Mindfulness- Based Programs) and am especially skeptical about MBPs designed for the workplace, but MBSAT is truly solid and filled with integrity in every way... This is a program designed by someone who truly knows the business/corporate world from the inside out AND IS ALSO a mindfulness person with high standards and impeccable credentials!
